StreetLights Residential saw an opportunity with The McKenzie to build then hold a one-of-a kind property. Sitting where Uptown Dallas and Highland Park meet, it is an ideal location for many homeowners looking for a more convenient residence, while keeping the comfort of a custom home.
Concierge service and valet meet Wolf ranges and wine fridges in every unit to provide an unmatched multifamily experience. The McKenzie boasts one of the highest rents in Dallas, averaging over $7,700 per unit.

The Hamilton is an example of StreetLights Residential’s focus on developing within pedestrian friendly neighborhoods. Sitting at the entrance from Downtown Dallas into Deep Ellum, The Hamilton’s story needed to reflect the vibrant culture of Deep Ellum.
The details of the Hamilton set it apart. From an elevator lobby that resembles a guitar fret to a dining space with a ceiling covering made of melted records, The Hamilton finds elevated ways to honor the site’s past. StreetLights commissioned Dallas artists to create murals throughout the building, including a parking garage mural of Deep Ellum icons and local artwork in every corridor.
Phoenix, Arizona
StreetLights has a history of mixed-use towers in urban environments. The Ryan sits in Downtown Phoenix as the multifamily portion of Block 23, which includes Fry’s Grocery Store, ground-floor retail and an office tower.
The project’s 5th-floor pool and amenities look out over Footprint Center and Chase Field, Phoenix’s NBA and MLB venues. The first floor resident bar and lux, double volume lounge have floor to ceiling detailing, designed for a superior standard of living.
Austin, Texas
The Bowen is the company’s third project at The Domain, following the success of The Kenzie and Flatiron | Domain.
The building’s architecture is an example of the StreetLights’ commitment to traditional design principles, even within contemporary-styled facades. The building maintains three parts; a pedestrian friendly base, a middle with strong verticality and a striking top with two penthouse floors and a dramatic, overhanging roof.
“We believe that if we focus on craftsmanship then
the capital will follow. It’s not about the number of deals
that we can build; it’s about being exceptional”
