Being a design-centric developer is part of StreetLights’ core ethos and has been a through line of every project. The team has designed 38 projects as design architect and 14 projects as architect of record. In-house design allows StreetLights to provide higher attention to detail, give real-time feedback and improve budget accuracy.
The StreetLights construction team keeps the development timelines on track while ensuring the quality of every project. As general contractor, construction manages the sub-contractors from on site offices. StreetLights’ fabrication arm, Dovetail builds cabinets, enabling the company to have more control over the design and to minimize delays
StreetLights plans amenity spaces around the property programming and story. They design each property to fit the neighborhood in which they sit, specifying finishes and detailing, selecting FF&E, and providing construction administration. The team procures the amenity and model unit FF&E and manages the installation.
StreetLights brands each project with a unique name, encapsulating the personality of the architecture and interiors through the property’s marketing. The team creates brand elements and implements them into the marketing collateral, which include digital, print, and signage applications.
